It's Camp Time at Spring Brook Farms

Want to have fun while hanging out on the farm, learning with horses, trying some now cooking skills, and enjoying nature? Check out our summer camps.

Summer Session 1 * June 4 to 8, 2018
Summer Session 2 * June 11 to 15, 2018
​* MONDAY - Friday * 9:00-5:00

These sessions are designed for youth that want to hang out and learn with horses, explore nature and have fun on a farm.
No horse experience is needed.
Registration fee is $100.00. Tuition is $325.00. Cash, check or payment through Venmo is accepted.

Camp Registration Form​ and Fee are required to register for this session.
Tuition Balance and the SBF Release of Liability Form are due one week prior to the camp.
*No horse experience is necessary.

What to Expect While At A Camp Experience

Each day will be full of a variety of fun and educational experiences and activities.
Experience Mindfulness - Campers will be led through activities to quiet the mind while being surrounded by nature.
Learn Cooking Skills - Campers will prepare their own healthy lunches and snacks in our kitchen.
Show Responsibility - Campers will do some basic barn/farm chores each day including brushing and grooming the horses.
Develop Character - Campers will play games with the horses in an experiential setting.
Expand Creativity - Campers will do an art or writing project each day.
Be Active in Nature - Campers will have fun exploring outside activities.
Build Confidence - Campers will be paired with a horse for Horsemanship Fun while learning Natural Horsemanship skills. They will develop a short routine and demonstrate their skills to their parents on the last day.

Things to Know about Camp

Items Campers Should Bring:
Reusable Water Bottle
Writing Journal or Notebook
Bug Spray and Sunscreen
Hat for Sun Protection
Shoes for creek exploring
Rain jacket

Items Campers Should Wear:
Comfortable Boots or Tennis Shoes
Comfortable clothes appropriate for the farm and outdoors
Layers of clothing if cooler

Ages 6 - 16 are welcome.
Healthy lunch
and snacks will be included.
*Campers will only be interacting with the horses on the ground. - There will be No riding.
